Weight Loss
"To lose weight I need to do lots of aerobic exercise and go on a strict diet."
WRONG!
Weight loss is best achieved by a combination of eating at the right time of the
day along with the optimum exercise for you. Rest periods are also an important
part of the process.
Your metabolism is like a fire. If you keep it burning with interval and weight
training and fuel it with the right food at the right time, you will be surprised
how quickly weight can come off. Eating at the wrong time, or by not eating enough,
will make your fire inside smoulder away. Therefore even if you exercise correctly
it will not be as effective as it could be.
By losing weight at a sensible rate you will have a hugely increased chance of keeping the
weight off even if you were to stop training.
